Sub-Processors

1. Overview

This page lists the sub-processors that Gables & Grove Inc. / TIKRR engages to process personal data in connection with the TIKRR platform and Services.

A sub-processor is a third-party company that processes personal data on TIKRR's behalf as part of delivering the Services. All sub-processors are subject to contractual data protection obligations consistent with applicable law, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA where relevant.

We review sub-processors on an ongoing basis and update this page when sub-processors are added, changed, or removed. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2. How to object to a sub-processor

If you are a TIKRR Customer and have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with us, you may object to our use of a new sub-processor by emailing privacy@tikrr.com within 30 days of the date we publish a change to this page.

We will work in good faith to accommodate reasonable objections. If we cannot reach a mutually acceptable resolution, either party may terminate the affected Services on reasonable notice.
