Accessibility Statement

Effective date: July 4, 2026·Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Our commitment

Tikrr LLC is committed to making tikrr.com and the TIKRR platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that good software should work for every contractor — regardless of how they interact with the web.

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our websites and applications in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

2. Conformance status

tikrr.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

As of July 2026, tikrr.com scores 96 out of 100 on the Google Lighthouse Accessibility audit. We have addressed the following categories:

  • All interactive buttons include accessible names via visible text or aria-label attributes
  • All form inputs have programmatically associated labels
  • Accordion and disclosure components include aria-expanded state
  • Navigation landmark regions are correctly structured
  • Text contrast meets WCAG AA ratio requirements for primary content
  • Images include descriptive alt text
  • Keyboard navigation is supported throughout the site

Known limitation: certain decorative UI elements use semi-transparent colors on dark backgrounds. Google Lighthouse may flag these as contrast failures when computing against a white background; however, these elements render with sufficient contrast on the actual dark backgrounds used on tikrr.com. We continue to monitor and address these as tooling improves.

3. Technical specifications

Accessibility on tikrr.com relies on the following technologies:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript (React / Next.js)
  • WAI-ARIA (Web Accessibility Initiative — Accessible Rich Internet Applications)

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

4. Assessment approach

TIKRR assessed the accessibility of tikrr.com using the following methods:

  • Self-evaluation using Google Lighthouse Accessibility audit (score: 96/100, July 2026)
  • WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool by WebAIM
  • Manual keyboard navigation testing across primary user flows
  • Code review for ARIA attributes, semantic HTML, and form label associations

We conduct accessibility reviews as part of our standard development process. We plan to engage third-party auditors for a full manual accessibility review as part of our SOC 2 readiness program.

5. Feedback and contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of tikrr.com. If you experience any barriers, have difficulty accessing any part of our website or platform, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

  • Email: support@tikrr.com — we aim to respond within 2 business days
  • Mail: Tikrr LLC, 721 Biltmore Way, Coral Gables, FL 33134, USA

Please describe the specific page or feature you were trying to access, the nature of the barrier you encountered, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. This helps us reproduce and address the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Enforcement and escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may contact the relevant authority in your jurisdiction:

  • United States: U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division at ada.gov — for ADA-related accessibility complaints
  • European Union / EEA: Your national authority responsible for enforcing the Web Accessibility Directive
  • United Kingdom: Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) at equalityhumanrights.com
  • Australia: Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au

7. Formal complaints

We are committed to resolving accessibility issues promptly and in good faith. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please contact us at the email or mailing address in Section 5. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

8. Date of statement

This Accessibility Statement was first published on July 11, 2026 and reflects the current state of tikrr.com as of that date. We review and update this statement whenever material changes are made to the site or our accessibility practices.
