New Features

  • Scope Lab — Markup approval alerts — When an estimator requests markup approval, eligible approvers get email plus the existing in-app alert.
  • Scope Lab — Approval request badge — Scope Lab navigation shows a live count of open approval requests and updates as they are created, approved, declined, or cancelled.
  • Sales Lab — Campaign email replies — Mass-mail and sequence emails include a Reply button; recipients respond on a secure public page, and replies feed campaign analytics.
  • Sales Lab — Campaign replies list — Campaign analytics lists who replied (with preview) and opens the full conversation from one place.
  • Sales Lab — Sent Mail conversation — Opening a sent campaign email shows the full thread (outbound plus replies) with a Replied badge when applicable.
  • Sales Lab — Move deal between pipelines — Move a deal to another pipeline and stage from Deal Detail or board actions without duplicating the deal or breaking linked quotes, tasks, or media.
  • Sales Lab — Organization associated contacts — Organizations can link multiple people, mark a Primary Contact, and optionally use that person’s email and phone.
  • Sales Lab — Organization Primary Contact — Choosing a Primary Contact auto-links them, keeps prior associates, and shows their name on lists and detail (not an internal id).
  • Sales Lab — People Detail organization link — People Detail shows the linked organization name with a jump to that organization when available.
  • Sales Lab — Lead person or organization association — Leads can link to an existing Person or Organization; organization links keep the lead’s organization label in sync.
  • Site Lab — Work Order share links — From a quote’s Workorder tab, create a customer or crew share link for a read-only public work-order view without publishing.
  • Site Lab — In-house crew assignment — Direct-assign work orders to in-house crew; crew get notified with a link to their crew portal job.
  • Site Lab — In-house crew portal — Crew sign in with the normal team login to see assigned jobs, accept or decline, run tasks, and use crew support and settings (no bidding or company admin).
  • Site Lab — In-house crew vs subcontractor exclusivity — The same email cannot be both an active or invited in-house crew member and an active or invited subcontractor for the same company.
  • Site Lab — Subcontractor My Crew — Subcontractors can invite, resend, remove, and restore their own subcrew members from My Crew.
  • Site Lab — Subcrew invite accepted alert — When a subcrew member finishes invite setup, the inviting subcontractor gets an in-app alert linking to My Crew.
  • Portal — Unified page access — User types grant No access, View only, or Can manage per lab page; action buttons follow those rules across labs.
  • Portal — Setup tours hub — Track Taz setup-tour progress per lab, skip a module, pause and resume, or stop all tours for your account (saved across companies you belong to).
  • Portal — Choose-plan extra seats — Start a trial with extra seats selected at checkout; graduated seat pricing matches later seat purchases.
  • Portal — Team onboarding — After starting a trial, invite teammates and review user types on a dedicated step before entering the Portal (skippable).
  • Portal — Multi-company login — Pick a company before checkout when you belong to more than one; unpaid owner companies no longer block access to other memberships.
  • Account — Existing-account owner signup — Team members who already have Tikrr (but don’t own a company) can open a new organization with a verification code instead of a new password.
  • Admin — Create Labs customer — Admins create Labs customers with the same owner-registration flow as signup (invite or OTP; no admin-set password) and can review company user types and members.

Improvements

  • Scope Lab — Quote accept live refresh — Quote Detail and list refresh when a customer accepts a quote.
  • Scope Lab — Quote decision alerts — Estimators get email and in-app alerts when a quote is accepted or declined.
  • Scope Lab — Change Order reason — Reason for modification is optional when saving or sending a change order.
  • Scope Lab — Customer quote and invoice email spacing — Headings, paragraphs, lists, Estimate Summary, and signatures are spaced consistently.
  • Sales Lab — Calendly connection — Connecting Calendly in Sales Lab settings is company-wide.
  • Sales Lab — Project-type email defaults — Assign optional default email templates per project type.
  • Site Lab — Require Photo on work items — Only company admins can toggle Require Photo; completing a work item needs at least one photo when required.
  • Site Lab — Field flag resolution — Marking a punch-list item ready for review requires a proof photo; new punch-list items auto-assign to the work order’s subcontractor.
  • Site Lab — Schedule conflicts — Assignment checks name the conflicting project and date range.
  • Site Lab — Universal search — Broader matching (phones, addresses, notes, statuses, related people) with stronger ranking for exact titles.
  • Site Lab — SiteLab notification bell — Opening the header bell marks items read; Clear on assigned work-order alerts saves on the server.
  • Site Lab — Direct-assign notify — Newly assigned subcontractors can get in-app and push alerts with a link to the work order.
  • Site Lab — Job Compliance alerts — Insurance expiry and document submissions notify admins in-app, live, and on mobile when enabled.
  • Site Lab — Work order timeline — Includes media uploads with the crew member who uploaded them.
  • Site Lab — Production rate import — Rate value and Coat 1 stay in sync on import like PaintScout.
  • Portal — User Management roster — In-house crew and subcrew memberships stay out of the company users list (manage them under Workforce / My Crew).
  • Portal — Default user types — New organizations get page-level access maps on Owner, Office Manager, and other default roles.
  • Portal — Company logo on first paint — Session memberships include the company logo so sidebar and branding show it immediately.
  • Portal — Voice dictation reliability — Speech-to-text handles Turbo Quote context and longer segments more smoothly under load.
  • Portal — Page guides across companies — First-visit tours and onboarding preferences sync per user across companies.
  • Portal — In-House Crews UI — Workforce roster, row actions, headers, and edit modal match Site Lab styling and stay fully usable.
  • Admin — Customer billing detail — Customer list and detail show recurring MRR (base + seats) with clearer invoice line detail for reconciling vs one-time top-ups.

Performance

  • Sales Lab — Calendly schedules table — Booking lists load from a local index instead of calling Calendly once per row while paging.

Bug Fixes

  • Sales Lab — Campaign sequence create — Creating a campaign email sequence no longer fails with a server error.
  • Sales Lab — Campaign sequence edits — Updating, archiving, and launching sequences works reliably for all sequence ids.
  • Sales Lab — Campaign reply submit — Public reply links save replies and attachments on the correct thread with clear success or validation messages.
  • Site Lab — Subcrew My Jobs — Subcrew members see work orders where they hold at least one task (jobs stay assigned to the parent subcontractor).
  • Site Lab — Subcrew My Tasks — Assigned tasks load for the right company and show the real company name instead of “Unknown company.”
  • Site Lab — Subcrew work-item tasks — Tasks assigned to a subcrew member appear in the work-item task list.
  • Site Lab — Turbo Quote existing client — Selecting an existing contact keeps the quote linked even when client fields come through empty.
  • Site Lab — Onsite Takeoff new contact — Create New Contact during takeoff creates a Sales Lab person, links deal and quote, handles duplicate emails cleanly, and copies address onto deal and quote.
  • Site Lab — Quality Control history — Inspection history is newest-first and shows Pass/Fail with notes and photos.
  • Site Lab — Assignment and field-flag refresh — Direct-assign and punch-list updates refresh open sessions so crews see changes without a manual reload.
  • Site Lab — Project invoice payment — Project invoices no longer mark paid directly; payment uses the Job Payout flow.
  • Site Lab — Disbursement Hub job payouts — Job payouts load even when a draw still references a legacy staff user.
  • Scope Lab — Taz conversation history — Listing Taz chats no longer fails when conversation history is not yet available.
  • Site Lab — Full payment milestones — After a consolidating full payment is paid, covered milestones are marked paid and blocked from new draw requests.

Security Updates

  • Admin — Billing owner guards — Sensitive billing actions require the company owner.
  • Site Lab — In-house crew task limits — Crew can only change task status on work orders assigned to them.
  • Site Lab — Subcrew cannot complete a work order — Completing a work order is blocked for subcrew field logins.
  • Site Lab — Subcrew cannot request payment draws — Milestone and full-payment draw requests are blocked for subcrew field logins.
